My wife is from South Carolina, so we “compromise” with Hoppin’ John and collard greens on New Years.
It’s nice when we can all agree! I hadn’t had Hoppin’ John until I moved here, and I have to say, I was missing out.
Would love to see yall's Hoppin John recipes - I always forget that the one I use every year is not great!
